People We Train
We develop bespoke training courses for board members, managers and staff of a wide range of stakeholder institutions that are responsible for developing products and channels that promote the digital economy.
Participants in our training and coaching programmes come from institutions that include banks, non-bank financial institutions, savings and credit cooperatives, mobile network operators, fintechs, regulators and government agencies. They include:
Board members and senior managers
We provide board members, senior managers and departmental heads with the training and coaching they need to plan, implement and improve digital financial services.
Digital finance and innovation teams
We provide training and coaching to multidisciplinary and multifunctional teams responsible for designing, launching, managing and improving the performance of agent networks and mobile financial services.
The front office and back-office staff
Through training and coaching, we help build buy-in and leadership skills amongst branch managers and field supervisors for the successful implementation and expansion of digital financial services in their area.
We help train and coach the staff responsible for identifying, recruiting, training and managing agents. These staffs are variously known as channel banking officers, branchless banking officers, mobile banking supervisors or agent representatives.
We also help make sure that staff who work directly with clients develop the skills and attitudes they need to increase the take-up and usage of digital financial services. This includes loan officers, relationship officers, customer service staff and call centre operators.
We build the capacity of in-house trainers, as well as managers responsible for training their teams, for applying principles of adult education to the way they facilitate workshops, and to use insights from instructional design to improve training materials.
